This Is the Correct Time to Eat Your Meals for Optimum Health

Do you time your meals correctly? Ryan Seacrest shared in today's hack that there are specific times you should be eating your meals.

According to the Natural Health’s Instagram account, dieticians say this is the best time to eat to avoid mood swings and overeating from going too long in between meals:

BREAKFAST: 7:30AM

LUNCH: 1:15PM

DINNER: 7:30PM

And dinner should be at least 3 hours before you sleep.
