Dentist Explains Why You Should Never Wet Your Toothbrush First

After discussing on-air the reports you should never wet your toothbrush before brushing, we needed answers! Dentist Dr. Jennifer Haddad joined us to share why and more tips you're going to want to apply to your bathroom.

Today’s question is: Should we be putting water on our toothbrush before brushing our teeth?

A dentist in London says that we should not put water on our toothpaste or our toothbrush because that dilutes the toothpaste and causes the bristles to be less stiff.
