Did you know you could improve your brain health throughout the day by doing a simple trick in the shower?

Ryan Seacrest shared the trick everyone can do when they hop in the shower in the morning.

When you use your sense of touch to navigate in the shower instead of physically looking at things, your nerve cells reawaken in the brain's cortex, which controls memory. Reaching for the soap without looking for them and scrubbing your scalp using your hands and fingers is enough to do just that and can help you become mentally sharper.
