We're all extra careful when it comes to not leaving kids or pets in hot cars... but there are a few items that you should NEVER leave inside, especially when temperatures are rising.
Ryan Seacrest shared on-air the three items that you should always bring inside with you if you have it in the car:
- WATER BOTTLES - The chemicals in the plastic water bottles can leach into the water.
- PHONES AND TABLETS - The heat can damage the battery and ultimately shorten your device's life.
- SUNSCREEN - The temperatures in the car can make the lotion extremely hot if you use it right away. The heat also reduces SPF making it less effective.
Remember to always bring these items with you when leaving your car!
