Using These Foods on Your Skin Can Help Heal Your Sunburn

The summer is here... and the sun beaming down can give you some painful sunburns if you're out and about.

If you don't have any aloe vera gel or any medicinal creams to help soothe and relieve the burns, Ryan Seacrest shared the foods you may have in your fridge that can help treat it!

These foods are:

MILK - Cow, Oat, Almond, Coconut... they all work to hydrate and soothe the skin.

HONEY - Promotes tissue repair, and reduces inflammation.

CUCUMBERS - For the same reason it reduces swelling under the eye, it hydrates and cools the skin.

Food for thought! Would you use any of these on your skin?
