Tom Sandoval Talks the Aftermath of Scandoval, Vanderpump Rules & More

Tom Sandoval joined the On Air team in studio today and was ready to share it all! The Vanderpump Rules star opened up about the aftermath of Scandoval, the upcoming season of Vanderpump Rules, and his podcast Everybody Loves Tom.

"So when you look back on it, what would you have done differently?" Ryan Seacrest asked the reality TV star. "I mean everything," Sandoval responded. "It was something that I thought I'd never myself into but you know it was a learning experience in that aspect that like never think oh that's nothing that could never happen to me or I would ever, because that's exactly what happened."

Sisanie asked if Sandoval expected the entire Scandoval situation to get as big as it did. "Considering all the crazy breakups I've seen pan out like on the news like Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie like I did not expect to have three cars with paparazzi parked outside my house for six months. I mean that's insane," the TomTom bar co-owner expressed about all the media attention he received.

Aside from the negativity he has received, Sandoval was asked about any upsides that has happened following the headlines he's made, and opened up about his sobriety he's seen since. "I used to call myself a professional drinker," sharing that his notoriety comes with being infamous, along with TomTom co-owner Tom Schwartz, for being approachable and having fans take shots along with them. "I haven't drank in six months. I was chain smoking cigarettes, that's done." Tom noted that being able to get on stage with his cover band and go through life without having to drink to take jitters away or simply living is a goal he wishes to continue.

The Everybody Loves Tom podcast host chatted about his new show where he can enjoy a long form conversation with guests that are free to ask him anything without the fear of being edited down and can share stories as long as he feels.
