Travis Kelce's Chef Spills the Tea on His 4,000 Calorie Game-Day Diet

Ever wondered what it takes to keep an NFL player energized? Sisanie shared on-air that Travis Kelce's personal chef (and childhood BFF!) recently spilled the tea on the tight-end's 4,000-calorie game-day diet and it'll make you hungry just thinking about it.

For reference, Taylor Swift's boyfriend is 6’5” and weighs 240. His personal chef Kumar Ferguson -- who grew up with Travis and "cooked for all the bros" throughout their childhood -- makes three meals a day for the sports star:

- oatmeal with fresh fruit for breakfast

- and seafood Alfredo for dinner

- grilled filets with a soul food flare of unexpected seasoning are always on the menu

- and deep-fried Australian lobster tails with yum yum sauce

- plus tangy Hawaiian heat wings are among his favorites.

- He also loves mashed potatoes

- He likes his eggs sunny-side up

That said, he's a somewhat picky eater. Kumar shared he’ll never eat a white sauce of any kind!
