It's been 11 months since #Scandoval rocked the Bravo world and Vanderpump Rules is back with even more bombshells! Tom Schwartz joined Ryan Seacrest on-air on Friday, February 2, and dished on everything from that Scheana Shay shocker to why he has so many plants in his apartment and more.
ICYMI, Schwartz had a tough last season after it was revealed he was aware of "Scandoval" aka his best friend Tom Sandoval's affair with fellow castmate and Sandoval's partner Ariana Madix's best friend Raquel Levis.
While Tom admits he was "collateral damage in a very dumb affair," he revealed he was going through a lot personally that, looking back, affected the way he handled the situation.
"I probably should have been more proactive," Schwartz told Seacrest when it came to informing Ariana. "... I was kind of a basket case. ... I was under the gun and I'm not particularly proud of how I handled some adversity."
The reality star and restaurant owner shared that his dad was sick and near death in the hospital for months at the time.
When asked about all those plants in his apartment during the season 11 premiere, Schwartz admitted they are therapeutic. "They were helping me with my rage. That was a vague reference to that one Friends episode. ... That's where I was at in the beginning of the season."
During the explosive trailer for season 11, fans were shocked to learn Scheana and Schwartz once hooked up.
"I know I'm not supposed to down play things," Schwartz shared. "But it was a long time ago."
