What Time Do You Go to Bed? 9 PM Is the Hot New Bedtime

This is a trend we can get behind. According to a new survey shared by the Wall Street Journal, people in their 20’s are going to bed by 9 p.m.

The study shared Gen Z report getting an average of 9 hours and 28 minutes of sleep every night and bedtimes are getting earlier with an average of 10:08 p.m. and many going to bed by 9.

The study added they're loving saving hundreds of dollars on late night food and drinks and cover charges. Not only that, they understand the link between health and sleep.

Ryan Seacrest shared on-air as a result restaurants and other businesses are having to adjust! 31% of Yelp reservations are now between 4-6 p.m. and seatings between 6 p.m. and midnight are way down.

New York bars are even experimenting with matinee dance parties that start at 5 p.m.!
