She did it! Tanya Rad tried meditating for the first time and it was a success. ICYMI, Tanya's wanted to try incorporating the mental health break into her daily routine and has been inspired by her fiancé.

Tanya shared she aimed she 8 minutes, but lasted only 6. After finishing her morning routine, she sat down outside and found her inner peace and while a "couple thoughts" came into her mind, she was able to block them out!
